At all times the consumer and user can cancel the services requested, be entitled to a refund of the amounts that would have paid, but must compensate the Agency in the amounts indicated below, unless such termination occurs because of force majeure shall be paid management fees, the cancellation, if any, and a penalty consisting of 5% of the total amount of travel, if the cancellation occurs more than ten and less than fifteen days prior to the date of beginning of the trip, 15% between days three and ten o'clock, and 25% within forty-eight hours prior to departure.
Failure to submit or not registered attendance without prior cancellation will mean the loss of the deposits.
In the event that the Agency is obliged to cancel any of its programs for reasons not attributable to the customer, the customer shall indemnify all amounts been paid by the program.
There shall be no obligation on the part of Agency to indemnify the client when the cancellation of the program is due to reasons of force majeure, or sufficient cause. Latter is defined as circumstances beyond those who are invoked, abnormal, whose consequences could have been avoided, despite having acted with due diligence.
Everyone registered on the trip are responsible for having the necessary documentation in order for the country you are visiting (ID card, passport, visa, health measures, etc.) in relation to consultation, the Agency acts as an informant, but it is the responsibility of the customer confirm with the relevant authorities. In the event that, for lack or inaccuracy of the documentation required, the client was forced to cancel or abandon the trip, the Agency will apply the conditions set out in paragraph of cancellations by the consumer.
ASSIGNMENT OF BOOKING
The principal contractor or beneficiary may transfer their reservation free of charge to a person who satisfies all the conditions required for the same by writing with a minimum of 15 days from the date of the trip. The person transferor and the transferee shall be jointly liable to the Agency for payment of the outstanding balance and justified the additional costs that could have caused such assignment.
If prior to departure, the organizer was forced to significantly modify the essential elements thereof, shall notify the consumer and user, so that it can choose between to terminate the contract, or accept the amendments initially hired trip . The consumer and user shall communicate the decision of the Agency within three days of being notified of such an eventuality. In the event that the consumer and user notifies its decision as set out above, it is understood that chooses to terminate the contract without penalty.
